Outback Steakhouse is one of the famous family restaurants in the world. I visit there sometimes when I eat the western style steak. Korean food is different from the western steak. The way of eating and the way of cooking is different. Korean cooks usually marinate the meat. But the western cooks slice the meat thickly and roast meat and pour some sauce. The people use the different tools when Koreans eat their food. Anyway, in the Outback Steakhouse, it is rare place that you can eat western steak.
I and my girlfriend went there to eat Outback's summer limited menu in summer. In the Outback Steak house, every season limited menu was released. Even if summer was gone, you could wait for winter limited menu. Oh! you can eat the winter limited menu now.
<This was the summer limited edition in 2011>
You can choose one from A menu and one from B menu and drink(or wine) and coffee.
The price is 57800 won (you have to extra VAT 10%).
We ordered Gorgonzola blueberry rib eye steak & Seafood skewer from A menu and grilled mushroom & chicken salad from B menu and two glasses of wine and coffee.
First, we were served mushroom soup and potato soup.
The mushroom soup was very soft, but potato soup was a little bit salty.
The grilled mushroom & chicken salad was quite filling and
was in harmony with the fresh salad, well cooked chicken, grilled mushroom.
<You can continue to order this bread without any option>
This is Gorgonzola blueberry rib eye steak & Seafood skewer.
We wanted the steak medium rare and was cooked nicely.
The gorgonzola blueberry rib eye steak was in harmony
with blueberry sauce, soft gorgonzola cheese.
To eat deliciously, we needed this way.
1. Slightly cover gorgonzola cheese on the steak.
2. Dipping the slice of steak in blueberry sauce.
3. Put on the dried blueberry on the steak when you eat.
